2024 | BOND ST, NEWTOWN

This project is a collaboration with Derbyshire Homes proposing a double-storey new built on site using box gutters and Rylock windows in its design scheme. A sketch drawing from the architect's initial sketch based on the client's aspiration was developed, ensured compliance with the local council regulations and accurately represented site conditions, zoning requirements, and design intent.
