The client aimed to reconfigure the existing house layout, enlarge the garage, and extend the rear to create a more spacious open-plan living area. A sketch drawing from the architect's initial sketch was developed, ensured compliance with the local council regulations and accurately represented site conditions, zoning requirements, and design intent.
