2024 | GRANT ST, NEWTOWN

The client's intention was to reconfigure the existing layout of the house and extend the rear of their house. The different ground levels throughout the property makes the project thought-provoking. A sketch drawing from the architect's initial sketch was developed, ensured compliance with the local council regulations and accurately represented site conditions, zoning requirements, and design intent.
