This project is a collaboration with M.I.B Developments proposing a double-storey new built for a client on a sloped site. The client's brief includes spacious bedrooms, and an open-plan living area upstairs. A detailed working drawing was developed from the town planning drawing, refining design elements and technical specifications. This is to ensure accuracy in construction documentation, incorporating structural details, materials, and compliance with building codes for a seamless project execution.
