U1-4, 72 ZEALLY BAY RD

This project is a site redevelopment that consist of 4 newly built housing units on a 1200m² site.  A detailed working drawing for all 4 units was developed from the town planning drawing, refining design elements and technical specifications. This is to ensure accuracy in construction documentation, incorporating structural details, materials, and compliance with building codes for a seamless project execution.
