LOT 339 REFLECTIONS CRES

This project is a proposal for a new build for a client. The client's brief includes spacious bedrooms, and open-plan living area, and an outdoor BBQ area that connects seamlessly. A sketch drawing from the architect's initial sketch was developed, ensured compliance with the local council regulations and accurately represented site conditions, zoning requirements, and design intent.
